We come to you. During the in-home visit we walk your property, look at the space, talk through your vision, and discuss pricing. It’s thorough, and there’s no charge and no obligation. One tip: have a copy of your property survey ready if you can. It shows lot lines, easements, and setbacks, and it speeds up the design work.
Personalized Same-Day Quote
After the assessment, we put together your quote the same day. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and exactly what it costs before anything moves forward. No vague ranges, no surprises later.
Approval & Planning
Once you approve the design and budget, we finalize the details. You’ll visit our showroom to pick out your tile, decking, and finishing materials. We obtain the building permit and set a timeline for construction.
Expert Construction Begins

How Long Does the Whole Thing Take?
From a signed design to swimming, plan on roughly three months. Design and permitting usually take about one month, and construction takes about two. Weather and county permit processing can shift things in either direction, and we’ll keep you updated at every stage so you’re never guessing where your project stands.
